SPECIAL FRIED NOODLES
MIX FOR BAMI NOODLES SPECIAL
Ingredients Required: Bami vegetable pack (450g), 350g meat, 250g noodles, Wok oil.
Preparation: 1. Cook the noodles (if desired, break the noodles into pieces before cooking). Drain the noodles, then rinse with cold water and allow to drain. 2. Cut the meat into cubes. 3. Saute the diced meat in 2 tablespoons wok oil until golden brown. 4. Then add the vegetable packet and sauté for 3 minutes. 5. Add the vegetable mixture from this packet and 100 ml water. Stir until the water evaporates. When the water has evaporated, add the noodles and the spice mix from this packet and cook the mixture over low heat. Enjoy your meal.
Variation Tip: Make an omelette and serve this mixture with omelette strips and Satay sauce or shrimp chips. You can add ketchup, hot sauce and/or Seroendeng to flavor it.
Ingredients: Spice Mix: Salt, sugar, yeast extract, dried ground garlic, dried ground onion, ginger, soy sauce powder (contains soy), potato starch, flavoring (meat flavor), turmeric, coriander, leek, vegetable oil (cotton oil).
