MEAT IN SWEET SOY SAUCE
MIX FOR MEAT IN SWEET SOY SAUCE
Required Ingredients: 1 red pepper, 500 g steak, 350 g rice, wok oil.
Preparation: 1. Cook the rice. 2. Cut the meat into strips. Mix the marinade from this packet with 4 tablespoons of wok oil and marinate the meat strips for about 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Chop the peppers into small pieces. 4. Saute the meat strips until golden brown. Add a splash of wok oil if necessary. 5. Add the sauce mixture from this packet and 300 ml cold water to the meat. 6. Then add the peppers. 7. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer over low heat for 1 minute. Serve Babi Ketjap with rice. Enjoy your meal.
Variation Tip: Boil the green beans and serve separately. Or serve with prawn chips, pickles and/or Seroendeng.
