GYROS
MIX FOR GYROS
Preparation:Sprinkle this mixture over 1 kg of meat cut into strips and allow to rest for a while. Fry the strips in hot oil or butter for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Serve the doner kebabs in pita bread with sliced cucumber, raw onion and fresh yoghurt-garlic sauce. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Salt, dried ground onion, dried ground garlic, black pepper, sweet red pepper powder, cumin, rice flour, coriander, pointed thyme, leaf thyme, rosemary, fenugreek, fennel, vegetable oil (cotton oil).
