BABI PANGANG SAUCE (INDONESIAN-STYLE MEAT SAUCE)
Sauce Preparation:1. Add 200ml of boiling water to the sauce mixture. 2. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
You will need:500 g. of sliced steak, 2 teaspoons of ginger, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of galangal root, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
Preparation:1. Combine the Djahé (ginger powder), garlic powder, galangal and onion powder with the sweet soy sauce and mix. Use this mixture to marinate the meat . 2. Sauté the meat for five minutes. Then leave it to cook over low heat. 3. Serve Babi Pangang with warm Babi Pangang sauce. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, potato starch, tomato powder, salt, ginger, vegetable oil (cotton oil), hot red pepper powder, dried ground garlic, dried ground onion, maltodextrin, citric acid (E330), flavorant (soy flavor).
