CURRY SAUCE
Sauce Preparation: 1. Add 200ml boiling water to the sauce mixture. 2. Blend everything until the sauce is smooth.
Required Ingredients: 500 g. of chicken fillet, 100 g. mushrooms, 1 tsp ginger, lemon juice, 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 pack of curry sauce, 3 tbsp wok oil.
Preparation: 1. Mix Djahé (ginger powder) with ketchup. 2. Then add to the chicken fillet. 3. Fry the marinated chicken fillet in 3 tablespoons of wok oil. 4. Then, fry the sliced mushrooms over low heat for 2 minutes. 5. Add the lemon juice. 6. Make the curry sauce according to the instructions. 7. Place the chicken fillet with the mushrooms to a platter, then pour over the warm curry sauce. Enjoy your meal.
