FRIED RICE AND FRIED NOODLES
NASI GORENG SPICE MIX
Materials: Nasi Goreng Spice Mix package, 125 g lean bacon strips, 2 eggs, 250 g meat in cubes, 350 g rice, fry oil.
Preparation: 1. Cook the rice and let the cool. 2. In the meantime, soak the contents of this bag in 100 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. 3. Heat a wok or frying pan (without oil) and fry the bacon until crispy. Then add 3 tbsp fry oil and the cubes of meat and fry until done. 4. Add the steeped Nasi Goreng Spice Mix and the eggs. Stir everything well until the eggs have set. 5. Fry for another 3 minutes. 6. Finally, stir in the rice and heat thoroughly.
