MIX FOR SHAWARMA
Preparation: Sprinkle this mixture over 1 kg of meat – cut into strips – and allow to rest. Then, fry the strips in hot oil or butter for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Dried ground onion, sweet red pepper powder, cumin, rice flour, salt, nutmeg, dried ground garlic, turmeric, fennel, black pepper, cloves, ginger, fenugreek, hot red pepper powder, yeast extract, vegetable oil (cotton oil).
