ITALIAN SPICE SAUCE BASIC MIX
Required Ingredients: 300 g. Spaghetti pasta, 300 g. Minced meat, 400 g. Provence-style fried vegetables, 250 g. Cherry tomatoes, 1 large red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, 500 ml of water.
Preparation: 1. Cook the spaghetti pasta. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry until golden brown. Fry the roasted vegetables and chopped peppers for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes. 3. To this packet of sauce, add 500 ml of water. Stir over low heat until it comes to the boil, about 2 minutes. 4. Serve the sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy your meal.
Variation Tip: Garnish with a little grated cheese if desired.
