TANDOORI CHICKEN
MIX FOR TANDOORI CHICKEN
Preparation:Rub 500 g of chicken fillets, drumsticks, chicken legs or a whole chicken well with this mix and let it soak in briefly. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in oil or butter until brown and done. Chicken cubes can be fried in a wok or frying pan. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven: leave a whole chicken in the oven for 70 minutes at 180°C, chicken legs for 35-45 minutes.
Variation tip: Try this mix on chicken wings and bake them in the oven. Serve as a snack or as a meal with rice and a fresh salad.
Ingredients: Sweet red pepper powder, dried ground onion, salt, ginger, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, hot red pepper powder, dried ground garlic, beetroot, leek, parsley.
