CHICKEN PAPRIKA
MIX FOR CHICKEN PAPRIKA
Preparation: Rub 500 g chicken fillets, drumsticks, chicken legs or a whole chicken well with this mix and let it soak in briefly. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in oil or butter until brown and done. Chicken cubes can be fried in a wok or frying pan. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven: leave a whole chicken in the oven for 70 minutes at 180°C, chicken legs for 35-45 minutes.
Variation tip: Serve seasoned chicken legs from the oven with baked potatoes with rosemary and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients: Sweet red pepper powder, coriander, hot red pepper powder, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, nutmeg, celery, cumin, salt, rice flour, dried ground garlic, dried ground onion. Contains celery.
