SATAY MARINADE MIX
Sauce Preparation: 1. Combinethis mixture with 3 tablespoons of wok oil, 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of Ketjap manis. 2. Then marinate the meat in it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Required Ingredients: 500 g unsalted meat or chicken fillet (cubed), 1 packet Satay Marinade mix, 1 packet Peanut Satay Sauce.
Preparation: 1. Pre-soak the skewers in water for half an hour. 2. Make the marinade according to the sauce preparation method. 3. Thread the meat on to the skewers. 4. Cook the meat on the grill or barbecue slowly. 5. Serve with Peanut Satay Sauce. Enjoy your meal.
Variation Tip: Add some pickles for extra flavour and serve with prawn chips.
