CHICKEN SPICY
MIX FOR CHICKEN SPICY
Preparation: Rub 1 kg of chicken fillets, drumsticks, chicken legs or a whole chicken well with this mix and let it soak in briefly. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in oil or butter until brown and done. Chicken cubes can be fried in a wok or frying pan. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven: leave a whole chicken in the oven for 70 minutes at 180°C, chicken legs for 35-45 minutes.
Variation tip: You can easily serve seasoned chicken cubes in a tasty stir-fry dish with rice and satay sauce.
Ingredients: Sweet red pepper powder, hot red pepper powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, black pepper, ginger, turmeric, fenugreek, nutmeg, celery, cumin, salt, rice flour, ground onion, marjoram. Contains celery.
