CHICKEN TRADITIONAL
MIX FOR CHICKEN TRADITIONAL
Preparation: Rub 1 kg of chicken fillets, drumsticks, chicken legs or a whole chicken well with this mix and let it soak in briefly. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides in oil or butter until brown and done. Chicken cubes can be fried in a wok or frying pan. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven: leave a whole chicken in the oven for 70 minutes at 180°C, chicken legs for 35-45 minutes.
Variation tip: Serve this mix on chicken legs in a delicious casserole with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients: Salt, coriander, sweet red pepper powder, black pepper, dried ground onion, ginger, hot red pepper powder, nutmeg, fenugreek, celery, cumin, cardamom. Contains celery.
