ENDIVE STEW
MIX FOR ENDIVE AND VEGETABLE PUREE
Preparation: Peel 1 kg of potatoes, cut into small pieces and bring to a boil. Drain the potatoes, add 50 g. of butter and 100 ml of milk and mash well. Add 400 g of chopped endive into the mash in pieces. It is more flavourful with crispy pastrami cubes and fried onions. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Salt, mustard (contains mustard), dried ground onion, black pepper, nutmeg, anise, allspice, bay leaf.
