CARROT AND POTATO STEW
MIX FOR VEGETABLE PUREE - MASHED POTATO AND VEGETABLE DISH
Preparation: Place 1 kg of peeled and diced potatoes in a large saucepan with 300 ml of water and a sprinkle of salt. Place over a low heat and allow to simmer. After five minutes, add 700 g chopped carrots and 250 g chopped onion. Boil everything for 25 minutes. Strain and mash. Add a little milk and a knob of butter to the mixture and mix well. Warm the purée thoroughly. This dish is at its best when served with Dutch meatballs or steak. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Dried onion, salt, turmeric, sweet red pepper powder, black pepper, nutmeg, celery (contains celery), fennel, parsley, vegetable oil (cotton oil).
