KALE STEW
MIX FOR KALE PUREE
Preparation: Into a large pan, combine 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes, 300 ml of water, and a small pinch of salt. Add 500 gr. sauerkraut and one smoked sausage and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Then remove the smoked sausage from the pan. Mash the potatoes and sauerkraut well and mix this mixture with a little milk and a knob of butter. Serve with the smoked sausages. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Dried onion, salt, carrot, celery (contains celery), black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, turmeric, cumin, parsley, vegetable oil (cotton oil).
