BROCCOLI VEGETABLE FINISH
SPICY VEGETABLE MIX FOR BROCCOLI
Preparation (approx. 800 g. of broccoli.): Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Separate the fresh broccoli into florets and cook them in boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain the broccoli and toss with a knob of butter or a little oil. Then stir the vegetable finish mixture into the broccoli. Enjoy your meal.
Variation Tip: Try sautéing the broccoli. Sauté the cooked broccoli in oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Then stir the vegetable finish mixture into the broccoli.
Ingredients: Turmeric, mustard (contains mustard), dried ground onion, dried ground garlic, carrot, salt, black pepper, coriander, fennel, fenugreek, ginger, cumin, allspice, nutmeg, celery (contains celery), citric acid (E330), vegetable oil (cotton oil).
