TRADITIONAL FISH
MIX FOR TRADITIONAL FISH
Preparation: Sprinkle this mixture on 500 g of fish and allow it to rest for a while.
The fish can be either pan-fried or oven-baked. Fry the spicy fish in oil or butter for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C on a greased baking tray for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients: Salt, dried ground onion, dried ground garlic, mustard (contains mustard), rice flour, nutmeg, celery (contains celery), fennel, dill, parsley.
